I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, and the mind-blowing Andes mountain view from my window was truly breathtaking. Access to the excellent executive lounge made my stay even more special, though the service did have a slight issue with low customer service and a big attitude. The location was superb, very close to the Tobalaba station on the red line, and amidst the shopping area. The dining options were not included, but with many choices available nearby, it wasn't a big concern. Overall, a fantastic experience with a few minor hiccups.

The hotel provided a nice view and the opportunity for Executive Club access. However, some aspects of the service left much to be desired, with low customer service and a bit of a big attitude. Despite that, the location in a fairly modern area with a large shopping mall virtually opposite was a huge plus. The dining experience offered many options, but sadly not all were included. Overall, a stay with mixed feelings, although the mountain view was truly remarkable.
